All about cookies
This page has been set up to help you better understand what cookies are and how MyDeals uses them to better your user experience. We hope that by disclosing this information openly and giving you the options we have you will feel comfortable that cookies are not dangerous and are a normal part of internet browsing.
"A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is a piece of data stored by a website within a browser, and then subsequently sent back to the same website by the browser. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember things that a browser had done there in the past, which can include having clicked particular buttons, logging in, or having read pages on that site months or years ago."
How MyDeals uses cookies
In order for us to run as a business we work with some of our retailers to identify sales that we have sent their way, they then pay us a small commission on the sale value. We don't get a commission from all of our retailers, but we're happy to list them all the same as that helps us give you the best selection of discounts we can.
We also use cookies to track certain actions on the website for example if you register with us, we use cookies to log you back in automatically.
Cookies set by MyDeals
These are the cookies that we set ourselves, you can see a description of each next to them and you can configure if want to turn them off or not. We don't recommend turning these off, and it's worth noting that to turn them off we have to store a cookie to do that.
